JEAN HAUSHEER
Dr. Jean Hausheer is a Christian conservative, rural physician, and constitutional Republican running for Oklahoma State Senate District 32. Born in a small Iowa farm town and raised in Independence, Missouri, Jean learned the value of faith, hard work, and service from a young age. At just 17, she entered medical school, later training at the Mayo Clinic and going on to serve patients for over 44 years in rural clinics, inner cities, tribal hospitals, and veteran hospital systems. Today, she continues to give back as the volunteer medical director of a pro-life pregnancy resource center and a free eye clinic in Southwest Oklahoma.
Jean isn’t a career politician, she’s a wife, mother to six, grandmother of eight, and an unapologetic pro-life leader who has dedicated her life to healing others. As a practicing eye surgeon, she understands what it means to fix what’s broken—something too many in government have forgotten how to do. Jean brings real-world, common-sense leadership rooted in faith, fact, and compassion.
She’s running for State Senate because the people of SD-32 deserve better than failed leadership and fringe agendas. Unlike the others in the race, Jean has a proven record of building consensus and getting things done. While others may discuss politics, she’s spent her life doing the work—restoring sight, saving lives, and standing up for the vulnerable. She knows how to lead, when to listen, and what it takes to win.
Jean believes in less government, more personal freedom, and policies that serve working families—not politics as usual. She’s committed to standing with President Trump, improving Oklahoma’s failing healthcare and education systems, defending parental rights, securing the border, and cutting taxes.
